Dr Mulligan started at the clinic in 1984, along with his wife Rowena, who is a Practice Nurse.

They have lived In Berwick all their married life and their boys were educated locally.
He is a keen golfer, Melbourne Demons supporter and has a passion for jazz and blues music.

Dr. Peter Burr

Special Interests: All aspects of Family Medicine, from children to the elderly, with emphasis on patient centred health care, continuity of care, and early intervention and prevention of chronic and complex diseases.

Consultations: Monday to Thursday all day and Friday morning

Dr Burr started at the clinic in January 1986. He and his wife have lived in Berwick since then raising their two children. His interests are, gardening, woodwork and spending time with family, children and grandchildren.

Dr. Leanne Myerscough


Consultations: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (All Day), Some Saturdays.

Dr Myerscough started at the clinic in November 1987.

Dr Myerscough has lived locally since 1990 and has 2 children who are now young working adults.  She has adjusted her work hours and shared this evolution throughout her working time at NWMC. She enjoys reading, cooking and walking.  Dr Myerscough has a passion for food and as well as home cooking and trying various restaurants/food stalls, she also takes pleasure in her own veggie garden and its produce.

Dr Tabinda Malik





Dr Tabinda has special interest in women’s health, maternity and shared care with Casey hospital , children’s health, Acute, chronic illnesses , aged care and surgical procedures including skin lesion  removals , skin tags , biopsies, treatment for ingrown toe nails, iron infusions and implanon insertions/removals, mirena removals.

Tabinda also has special interest in treatment of obesity and healthy weight management.

She is obesity management scope certified specialist with 100% success rate. She applies motivational interviewing principles in her consults and establishes a partnership in patient’s journey to loose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Consultations: Dr Tabinda will be working Tuesdays and Wednesdays and every 6th Saturday.

Dr Muhammad Waseem Sial



Dr Muhammad is a Fellow of Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). He is a General Paediatrician trained at The Royal Children Hospital and Monash Children Hospital Victoria. He has experience of working in broad range of Paediatric Specialties including Gastroenterology, Liver transplant, Neonatology, Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Adolescent Medicine, Anorexia Nervosa, Developmental Paediatrics (including Autism), General Paediatrics and Emergency Paediatrics. He has 15 years of medical experience. Currently he is working as General Paediatrician at Frankston Hospital, and Monash Health.

Muhammad offers consultation in three languages including English, Urdu and Punjabi (please let reception know about your preferred language).

Special interests:

Muhammad has special interest in Neonatalogy, Developmental paediatrics (including autism), and eczema management. Muhammad also has special expertise in the management of feeding and sleep problems.

Dr Vasuthan (Vasu) Sellathurai

Dr.Vasu Sellathurai (MBBS, FRACGP) completed her MBBS in Sri Lanka and Obtained his fellowship in Australia 2008.  He also worked Monash Clayton/ED and Box hospital 2019-2021.
